icons like clock,bluetooth, internet almost on the middle of the panel


how to restore default panel settings on Mint 14 XFCE

Have you tried right-clicking on the panel?
I have not used XFCE long enough to forget the specifics, but there is a setting regarding the spacing of icons.

Right click on icon and select option Move. then drag the cursor on required location, so icon will be moved.

OR, simply remove these icons by right click on the icon and then again place the cursor where you want to put that icon. Right click on panel at the place and select Add to panel option. Then add icons again whatever you want.
