icewm


hello!

i downloded the icewm package for slackware 10.1
and i don't know how to start it
could anyone help me he he

when i try to "icwm-session"

i get some error messages like

cant open display <none> x must be running and $display set"

thanks

You can run xwmconfig and set icewm as your window manager, then it should start when you enter startx. Assuming you have everything else configured correctly.
