IBM and fedora core unable to play dvd movies

Hi i am a beginner and i got rid of windows and installed Fedora Core
4 on to my IBM T30 (1.6ghz) laptop.

I am having a major problem in not being able to play dvd movies on the dvd rom.
Below are screen shots i took.

When i click on play disk in totem i get this error.

I've been told to look to google decss but that doesn't help much.
i also downloaded the libdvdcss.rpm plugin went to install it but it needed other dependancies.

Can anyone please lead me in the right direction?

For the first error make sure that Totem is configured to use the right dvd drive. For the second problem install libdvdcss and win32 codecs using the yum repo from rpmforge. You may also have to uninstall your current version of totem and install totem-xine.
