I want to setup a websever (Fedora Core 4)

I have 3 ethernet cards in my linux box, all of them have been given static dns,

One site is to host my neighbors just little sites that dont get any action really, one of my own for my web development creations, one for my friends business, one of my hobby sites, and eventually one of my friends business sites (dont expect much hits on that one either).

Anyway, Fedora partitioned with LVM (should I redo it?) I have 2 hard drives.

ONe of my problems is that 3 of the sites are ip based and tey function, but one of them is a virtual site and it wont work. *hence 3 ethernet cards*. and three of the sites work (funny that).

Can someone with with fedora 4 running alll stock virtual domains pass me their entire http.conf so I can see where I went wrong.
Also Im looking for a product that is either inexpensive or has just an inexpensive monthly fee to use for a control panel that will let people sign up and set everything up for them so they can log in etc.

Any help appreciated.

Laymans terms please, I've been following the book RedHat Fedora 4 all in one that came with the dvd in the back.

If you want something where they sign up and get a user pass etc.

Look into a content management system liike joomla (refined mambo) with an SQL server on the backend. You'll need PHP etc but it's basically a whole system including templates admin console etc. etc. with modules for all sorts of different functions.
