Question I.S.P Problem

A young friend of mine has installed Fedora Core on my PC which is all fine and good except that I am unable to get on line. I am using a dial-up Net Zero Platinum which they told me is Linux compatible. When I attempt to log on I always get this message: "pppd died unexpectedly exit status 19"
It refers me to the manual which, because I am a Newbie, is not helping me at all. Can anyone tell me what to do? The guy who put Linux on my PC says he does not understand what "my" problem is. Grrrr!

Hi

Mail me at spamnot@<removethis>polard.com and I'll send you an excellent howto by Bill Unruh that should easily get you up and running with a dial-up account. Its a bit too large to post here though.

Regards
