I plug in webcam and it is at video1 but 'motion' runs on video0

Code:
scott@scott-P5QC:~$ v4l2-ctl --list-devices
ATI HDTV Wonder (PCI:0000:04:06.0):
	/dev/video0
	/dev/vbi0

USB20 Camera (usb-0000:00:13.2-1):
	/dev/video1

scott@scott-P5QC:~$
It used to work on this PC, motion to capture images, but for some reason, motion is using video0, not video1

I really dont expect anyone to understand what I am saying, But I want motion to capture off the webcam, video1, not video0.
Or I want video0 to be the webcam.

When you plug in a webcam, is yours video1, or video0??
What a confusing mess, as it used to work on this PC. And now webcam is at video1, not video0

OK, in the config, I switched to video1, and it is working again.
