i need your hands

i am newbie to linux about 1 and half years only, but i always think to build own distro based on slackware as like as zenwalk, salix and vector linux. So i found the way to do it, i have changed lilo but i need to put bootsplash after loading lilo and i have to change xfce with my icons, wallpaper and menu. i need your hands.

thanks a lot.

With all due respect...but, is'nt that a tall order for a (self-proclaimed) newbe?

May I suggest deepening your knowledge by studying the insides first? Try to set up a Linux from Scratch, for example, just to see that the nuts-n-bolts look like.
That way you're more likely to get results, instead of bumping into dissappointments due to a lack of grip on the basics...

Welcome to LQ. This thread is a duplicate of :

The latest xfce4 has an option to change wallpaper to any image.
( Example : Mint LMDE, with xfce.)

A distro is not a new distro, just with a different boot splash.
( And in e.g. Debian, you can choose a boot splash in "liloconfig".)
