I have been trying to install LinuxMint 16 Cinnemon *Petra* since 2 days and could not manage to skip the where are you section on installation.
Every time I get there it freezes and a crash message comes up.
I have never used Linux before and I had Windows 7 Ultimate.
While I try to install I tried to manage disks in every way and may be then this problem occured I dont know.
And even worse I think I lost my whole files in D drive because I can not see them either.
I dont know what to do

After you downloaded Mint, did you do an md5 checksum to verify the download? Generally, there is information on the download page on how to do this. If the download was bad, things like this will happen.

I would test the cd/dvd but the actual fault is helpful to us.

I'd also suggest that you not attempt a dual boot at this time. Just install a free virtual machine and play with linux that way.
