Question I need to tunnel X via ssh... is there a command?

I need to tunnel a remote X session via ssh... is there a command from the command line for this?

ssh: option requires an argument -- l
Usage: ssh [options] host [command]
-X Enable X11 connection forwarding.
-x Disable X11 connection forwarding (default).
Also this will help.
