Question I need to limit bandwidth per destination ip and port?


Dear All,

I am running CentOS 7
how to limit bandwidth per destination ip and port ?

ie.
to destination ip 202.a.b.c port 8090 then max bandwidth allocated is 512kbps

can I use iptables?

can I use the following:

-A FORWARD -p udp -m udp -m limit -s 192.168.2.0/24 -d 202.a.b.c/32 -i bond0 -o enp4s4 --dport 5060 -m limit --limit 512/second --limit-burst 3 -j VoIP

to limit max bandwidth for users from 192.168.2.0/24 to access 202.a.b.c is 512Kbps?

please advise
