I need help on clustering


I am new to clustering and i am to cluster 6 machines.i made just a system the master, i installed luci and ricci and the other nodes ricci,when i add these systems when creating a cluster, it says they are not memebers of this cluster,
i used the system-config-cluster also, and started cman and its working, i but my fencing is failing,please kindly assist.
