Hi, i am trying to get someone to help install linux.
i already know about partitions, and i have been searching for boot partitions. but they dont instruct you how to do it just what you need to do.

I would really like someone to teach me how to use linux.

I would also suggest you just use google to track down information.

No one is going to teach you via email. This site is intended to let people ask specific questions and get answers to same. It is also expected you will have done some basic research yourself before asking. (e.g. Search here to see if your question has already been asked, search Google or your favorite

Specific questions would be things like:
What books or web sites would you recommend for a newbie?
How do I make a boot partition?

You will have better luck separating your questions into separate posts if they aren't directly related (like the two above) as many people will choose not to answer one question if they can't answer the rest.

There are many tutorials on the web. Google will lead you to them.

You should first pick a distribution (a/k/a distro) you're interested in such as RedHat, Fedora, Suse, CenOS, Debian, Ubuntu, LFS, or Slackware. While all distros have a Linux kernel at their core there are differences in implementation, package management etc... that make it important that you know which distro you're using. Most distros have their own sites for installation information.

P.S. For most distros when you do your initial install they will create the boot partition automatically.
