Which ones? The normal process is to format the partition on which you have the OS you don't want.

Are your systems bootable?
What do you want to replace them with?
What are the specs on your laptop?

Download and burn to CD GParted, boot up from it. Delete the partition you no longer want, and resize the one you want to keep. Easy.

resolve, I managed to delete all :-( I installed again and it solved :-)
