1. "Was purchased today Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop, Self-support"
Did you really purchase it, in which case that would include updates and support from RedHat...

2. It appears you've tried to add extra non-RH repos (rpmfusion-free) incorrectly.
Generally I'd avoid using those unless you really need something you can't get from RH or even EPEL https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL

3. check the dir /etc/yum.repos.d

well it looks like you are using repos for a different distro
fedora and not RHEL6
however without the output of the correct tool ?
it is not possible to say

please post the output from this
run as root( the su - will do that)
-- as a NORMAL user--
Code:
su -
< your root password when asked>
yum repolist all
( i prefer to do that as root so hence the "su -" )

also it is VERY ill advised to use rpmfusion with RHEL
VERY not advised, but with caution
read the CentOS( or red hat docs) wiki on third party repos
the centos docs also apply to RHEL - mostly .
http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories

now the $49/year "self support " dose give you access to the red hat knowledge base
you might want to use that
it should be your FIRST stop for looking for an answer

https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/search
the documentation
https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/docs/
