[SOLVED] I cant boot up my ubuntu 11.01 after installing win 7 !

Thanks to Intex TV Box with trident 5600 chip set i couldn't get it to work on my ubuntu, then i had to install win 7 back again after a long time. The damn thing over wrote my boot record with out installing a dual boot loader. Now i need help again.

How can i install grub or any other boot loader from win 7, that's all i've got for the time being and i had to have some TV, and get it to find my ubuntu which is not on a primary partition and boot it up??
