Angry i cannot configure yum in cenos


hey can sombody tell me how to
configure yum in centos.
its easily possible in rhel 5.0

You can start from here: http://wiki.centos.org/PackageManagement. Configuring yum in CentOS should be as easy as in RHEL, since CentOS is actually a RHEL clone. Have you encountered some specific issue/error?

Normally when you install Centos it'll setup yum automatically for you, the same as RHEL. What problems do you have?

YUM usually comes preconfigured in CENT OS distros. did u make any changes to the yum.repos.d file?? which version of CENT OS is this and what error do u get when u try YUM.
