hi guys,

I just installed Kubuntu 6.10 and Suse Linux 10.2.
Whenever i restart Suse, there is black screen, i had entered login and the password....
then there is another line come out....
i am not sure to enter to Suse GUI screen....
Need help here.....

Kubuntu work like charming .....but only the thing that i can`t do is how to set Up Dial Up modem to my Nokia 3230 connected by USB cable.

Well i found that Linux is wonderful.....but need a lot time to learn how to use it...

Hi. I'm not sure about your modem question,but I may be able to help you with your suse problem. I think you just need to start the x server(it is what runs the desktop in linux). After you log in,try typing
