hylafax faxgetty

I finally got hylafax setup and configured I am having a problem with faxgetty. I guess I am supposed to install this line of text T1:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyS1
after /etc/inittab
Can anyone tell me how to get to that file so my hylafax will work correctly.
I am running fedora 7 x86_64
Thank you
Craig
