Huge icons, resolution messed up
I just installed Mandrake 9.0 on an older system and monitor and selected 640x480 as the screen resolution and vga as another option (don't recall what it was). The command-line portion looks fine, but when KDE starts, I can only see the top left of the screen and the icons are enormous.
Is there a setting in the command-line area where I can change the screen size for KDE? Within KDE, I can't do anything due to most of it being off the screen.
From the command line, su to root and run:
That's the mandrake graphics config utility. From there you can reset the resolution.
