...and without giving us any details at all, there's little we can tell you. Post EXACTLY what you're getting, and the command(s) you're typing in to generate the message, and we can try to help. But only saying "job failed message", without anything else, gives us nothing to work with. Also, if this is a new installation, you really should load the latest Fedora 18, since you're already one version behind on a quick-developing distro.
