gPHPEdit, or Quanta Plus... or if you want a full-blown heavy IDE, PHPeclipse.

G'day,
  • Quanta+ - a web development tool that runs within KDevelop (install kdewebdev from package manager)
  • Bluefish - an HTML/PHP programmer's editor (install bluefish from package manager)
  • Geany - a programmer's editor with strong HTML/XHTML/CSS/PHP support, and other languages (install geany from package manager)
My pick is Geany, DW's pick is Quanta+
