Question Hping3 Modification and Manual Installation

Is it possible to modify the source code of hping3 and install it manually on Ubuntu? I want to modify icmp type file to get timestamp in UTC rather than in epoch. Please guide me. Normally when we type sudo hping3 --icmp-ts 12.0.0.1 then it gives us originate/rceive/sending time with epoch format. I want to see this time in UTC.

Download the source code, modify it and compile it.
Probably no real installation is needed as it will probably generate a single executable file, which you can then run directly from the directory where the compiled executable resides.
Please set this thread as solved and open new specific ones for any specific problem that you'll have during the whole process of download/change/compilation/execution.
Cheers
