Howto find associated com port of a pci modem under debian 2.6.8

I have a question i'm hoping someone can answer for me. I have a AVM fcdsl internal pci adsl modem. I installed the driver and at boot time the module loads fine. in order to setup a ppp connection i need to know what com port the device is using but i don't know how to do that. I've tried tty0 through 5 but no luck. Google told me to try "lspci -vv" wich I did but i can't make heads or tails out of its output. Can anyone here either explain to me what the output listed below means and/or how to find the com port the device is using? sincerely, Chryso. Code:
