howto check graphic driver details


hi,
i have ubuntu. can some one tell me how can i check the graphics card and driver details.

Check in what sense?

Try this: type 'lspci | grep vga' in a terminal to get info about graphics.

If you are looking for info on the 3D stuff, you can check glxinfo.

Clearly, we don't know what he means.

It is not ideal is it, for us to speculate and guess as to what the bloody question is.
