Best way to learn is going to their home page and reading the manual.

how to use system rescue

Do you mean the one on the disk you used to set up your system or the general sysre.ccd.org ? The former is a tad limiteded and the later a bit more complex, if only because there is more choice. Both rely, to some extent, on the command line.
