What do you want to know?

Code:

man nano
will answer some questions, but nano is interactive...the bottom of the screen shows you most of the available commands at any given time. Is something not working, or do you not understand the commands, or are you looking for more advanced usage?

You use it to edit text. (Or maybe that was not your question.)

Besides the obvious on-screen instructions (and the man page), the online documentation is here: http://www.nano-editor.org/dist/v2.2/nano.html

Although I'm sure a quick google search could have given you that in a matter of seconds.
