how to use acl command


I would like to set the permission to release a specific user to access a specific path , I know acl can do that but I can't do it even read the man page , can anyone give me simple guidance ,what is the command to release userA have the permission to access the path /tmp/temp ?

man lsattr
man chattr
Above two commands are used to change acl.
