How to uninstall Ubuntu

I am currently sharing my laptop with my brother and we have two separate user accounts that are password protected. A few months ago my brother decided to install Ubuntu onto the laptop. He used it for a couple weeks then he never used it again. It is so annoying because every time I start the laptop I have to sit and wait for a screen to show up where I have to scroll down a list to choose Windows. If I forget to do so Ubuntu comes up then I have to restart my laptop and wait for the list to show up again. Every time I ask him to remove it he just blows me off so I have decided to tae action myself. Is there any way that I can remove Ubuntu from my user account or does he have to do it?

restore the MBR: http://www.ehow.com/how_4836283_repair-mbr-windows.html and then just delete the partitions however you see fit. there is no "uninstall" just manually destroy it yourself.
