then how to install openoffice latest version

it works i uninstall libreoffice
but installing openoffice nothing happened

i used that command
then

[root@localhost]#urpmi openoffice -a
Package edos-mandriva-manual-tests-openoffice-1.0.0-6mdv2011.0.noarch is already installed

I had a look around the Mandriva repo (mirror), looks like you get it from here...

http://www.openoffice.org/download/
follow the directions on that page.


to add packages from Mandriva you will need to have the contrib and main repos.

Whatś wrong with libre office?

If you want Open Office you will need to activate the appropriate repos and after dowloading the package from apache, install it.
