get a graphical uninstaller. You can probably find one on rpmfind.net, like `rpmdrake` and `rpmdrake-remove`

If your still getting that error and just want to replace that install you could use -U to upgrade, but you should def get a graphical installer MUCH easier screw typing get APT
APT4RPM . No more typing or dependency probs.

I have the same problem as "bngrhl". I have tried to use apt-get and it says that RealPlayer-8.0.1 is not found.
So it does not allow me to install the rpm by saying that the package is already installed. Then apt tells me that there is no such package.
How should I find out where this pacakge is installed?
Thanks,
