How to turn OFF window translucency in KDE/Fedora?
 

I somehow, somewhere flipped a switch that makes my windows and menus slowly fade in and fade out. I don't like the effect and it slows my system down, but I can't figure out how to turn it off.

Anyone know where that switch is?

I am not quite sure but you could try K>control center>desktop>window behavior:
There are a bunch of tabs including Translucency.
