How to tell what Apache is running as?

I need to know what Apache is running as on my server.

I am running Slackware10

Trying to install some stuff and it says "(you may need to change the chown to either "nobody", "apache" or "www" etc., depending on what user your installation of Apache is running as)"

so....how can I tell what Apache is running as ?

Thanks in advance!
