How to sync vmdk?

I need to transfer an open file (say vmdk) from my NFS Server to another machine. The Transfer should be incremental ie. I need to transfer VMWare vmdk file ; I used rsync but wonder if that could help me out with rapid changes while syncing two machine.
Anyone who can suggest me?

Well you've not explained what you want, what problems you're trying to overcome. rsync might be the perfect solution, DRBD might be... something else might be.
