How to stop automatic yum-updates in Fedora 9?

Can anyone tell me how to stop the automatic yum-updates in Fedora 9? I can't find a yum-updatesd to stop, or a service in system-config-services, to stop. Is there a config file that can be edited? Thanks in advance for your help!

I believe it's /etc/yum/yum-updatesd.conf

http://linux.die.net/man/5/yum-updatesd.conf

try as root

/sbin/chkconfig --list | grep yum-updatesd

to see the status of yum-updatesd

then

/sbin/chkconfig --del yum-updatesd
