how to start rhel 6 kickstart installation in vmware

hi all,

i have configured the kickstart file in machine1(vm ware) and now unable to call(ks=ftp://var/ftp/pub/ks.cfg) the same file from machine2(vm ware) where i want to do the kickstart installation.

after googling, its says , we need to give in boot menu

from boot menu, am selecting network , after that immediately its providing error as "Exiting Intel PXE ROM, operating system not found"

Give WHAT in boot menu? And did you try to look up the error message? It can't find the file to boot from...and you say at the very beginning that it can't find your kickstart file, where such things are defined.

You still don't provide any useful details in your questions when asking, despite being advised several times now to read the "Question Guidelines".
