is it asking you to accept the new key. if you are sure the server changed keys recently, it is probably ok to just type in yes and enter.
else you mite need to manually remove the private key (if redhat defaults to strict key management).
It is ok to connect by typing yes. But this the company's private machine that I do not know the password. I am just a part time student writing basic scripts (very new to learning Linux) for improving system's performance.

It gives the message permission denied although I log in with a correct password. Is it about connecting by root with ssh ?
