if you get to your client pcs (linux) and use yast to configure cups again, there will be some option like "listen to cups servers" (cups client only installation) or sth like it. if that doesnt work use the web-interface of cups on the clients to add printers (http://localhost:631)
if your printer on the server is called e.g. "PRINTER1" the IPP (internet printing protocol) URL for that printer on the client would be sth like:
ipp://IP.OF.SERVER.PC:631/printers/PRINTER1
so:
client-web-interface --> add printer --> pick right drivers .... --> enter printer's address --> some stuff --> done
if you get errors regarding wrong passwords for admin access to cups, report back here.
