how to setup grub password?


hai every one,

i have a dual boot on my system..Windows XP+Fedora 7.
i wamt to setup grub password ..can some one please let me know how to do it?

iWeston link will do it but fedora 7 has passed it "end of life" ( RIP )and there will never be any updates to 7 , that means no security fixes at all , nothing . all updating will need to be done by compiling the new source code for programs .
update to fedora 8 or 9
