How to set quota to user account?

Hi everyone! i would like to know from you that, how to set quota to a user?

Can you tell me its steps with one example complete of set quota to a user?

Read the quota howto at The Linux Documentation Project. Assuming you're using a recent distro, you should have quota support enabled in your kernel and need only edit the fstab/remount your filesystems to turn on quota support, and then use edquota etc. appropriately to set the quotas.
