How to set capbilities

Hi all!
How can I change the capabilities for an executable file in RT_SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11?
I can see the file "capability.h" in /usr/include/linux and the library "libcap.so" in /lib64/ but i found out
that to change the capabilities I need to use the "execcap" and "sucap" command and I am not able to find them in /sbin/.
How can obtain them?
The file "capability.h" also lacks of the capability "CAP_SETFCAP" that I need, is there a patch for this?
How can I enable this capability?

Thanks!

Hi, welcome to LQ forums.

To find a file under Linux use "locate filename", like "locate execcap".

I think you will get better info on SUSE Forums from their maintainers.
