How to send "fetched"mail into a separate folder for each pop3 account fetched

I have sevaral pop3 accounts that I use for special purposes: personal, family, coop director, etc.

I currently gather all of the mail from these accounts using fetchmail, but have not figured out how to automatically separate them into virtual account inboxes. All of the mail comes into a common folder.

I am looking for a way to take mail gathered by fethmail from a number of pop3 accounts, and filter and drop it to separate folders ("inboxes") for each account.

Can you share the magic?

With Kmail you can specify which folders new mail go's to.
