Question How to run mp3 songs on newly installed rhel5

Hi friends I m very new in linux and I dont know what to do to start mp3s on system

the best app that i have found so far is VLC. www.videolan.org/vlc/
it is very easy to install (use the fedora instructions if RH is not listed)
It plays not only audio but also video and DVD's
I have yet to have a problem playing something with it
