will windows 7 ( a 64 bit OS ) even run on a fat32 partition ??

use Gparted http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

or OpenSUSE's already installed text only "parted"

format that partition to NTFS !
install windows
reinstall grub after booting form he opensuse11.3( or 11.4) dvd
