Interesting question, since I never considered removing Linux i cannot tell ^^;;

There's an easy solution for you, though : let windows set himself again as the only bootable OS.

Let me explain : if you start up windows, you probably know that pressing F8 will make a new menu prompt up, letting you chose the way windows boots. Among the options there will be one that will be console-mode. I don't remember the exact name, it's probably something like "command-line interface". Boot that option, and when the command-line appears (boot's done), enter this command "chkdsk /fixmbr". Don't worry, that will ask you for a confirmation after you enter chkdsk /fixmbr, there's no risk of causing mayhem by accident ;)

This /fixmbr switch will make windows rewrite the beginning of the partition table for the boot partition, making him again the only bootable and known lad.
Then, using windows and, for instance, partition magic, you can easily delete the linux partitions and let windows use it again.

There must be a way to do that using Linux itself, but that I cannot tell o_O
