How to recover data from RAID 1 partition

I had a computer with 2 disks using FC6 RAID 1 partition (software), one of the disks is not working any more (damaged) now I'm trying to recover the from the remain (good) disk. I couldn't boot from this disk so installed FC6 on the 2Gb space wich it was used for the swap partition (not under RAID), now that's what I get with fdisk:

*************************************************************
[root@localhost etc]# fdisk -l

Disk /dev/hda: 81.9 GB, 81964302336 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 9964 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 * 1 9703 77939316 fd Linux raid autodetect
/dev/hda2 9704 9716 104422+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda3 9717 9964 1992060 83 Linux

Disk /dev/md0: 79.8 GB, 79809740800 bytes
2 heads, 4 sectors/track, 19484800 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 8 * 512 = 4096 bytes

Disk /dev/md0 doesn't contain a valid partition table
*****************************************************************

And that's what I get with mdadm:

*****************************************************************
[root@localhost etc]# mdadm --detail /dev/md0
/dev/md0:
Version : 00.90.03

0 0 0 0 removed
1 3 1 1 active sync /dev/hda1

*****************************************************************

I need to recover the data from the RAID partition wich appears "clean, degraded".
PLEASE YOUR HELP EXPERTS!!!

Did you try mounting /dev/md0 and reading it? ie.
mdadm -A /dev/md0 (if not already done)
mount /dev/md0 /mnt/something
