How To Open/Edit/make vesamenu.c32/menu.c32?
Hey crowd, not really a true Newbie, but I have been making multi-distro cd's and need to know how menu.c32, etc files are manipulated, meaning how to open/edit and/or make vesamenu.c32/menu.c32 files?
I don't mean editing the config files, but let's say I wanted to edit the vesamenu.c32 itself? Is Vesamenu.c32/menu.c32 a binary file? Basically my isolinux.cfg starts out with "default menu.c32", so I wanted to add BackTrack3 to the DVD, but how can I get it to show up on the menu. Or does the menu just use isolinux.cfg for the menu? Thanks. |
Adding entries to a boot menu is always a matter of editing the bootloader config file. That's were to start.
