Exclamation how to network linux and xp so that they can share files.


Greetings:


I have suse 9,xp.They are connected in the same LAN.They can ping each other.My problems are how can i can share files to each other.If i in xp, i can not see the linux folders....same goes in linux.How can i accomplish this? thnx

Look up Samba.

www.samba.org

It's already installed on SuSE. You just have to use Yast to configure it.
