how to manage internet bandwidth


hi everybody,
i was planning to manage bandwidth for all client 11 pc which is windows and one centos on my desktop.My internet connection is PPPOE bandwith of 10 mbps but limited usage of 30 gb per month can anyone give me ideas,suggestion any kind of help to manage bandwidth so that a single client pc won't eat up all the traffic.

A good starting point for things is to try to look them up yourself first. This has been asked (and answered), on this site many, MANY times. Google can also point you to many how-to's, as can the Squid documentation. Squid is the 'standard' proxy server for Linux. Delay pools is what you're after.
