how to make linux bootable


can any one help me for making the Linux bootable cd from the image which i had saved in windows with help of windows nero

If you have downloaded a Linux ISO image, you have to burn it as is and it will be bootable. In Nero go to File --> Burn Image... In the Open dialog, select "All Files" from the drop down menu to see the iso in the file list. Open it and accept the defaults. Then burn it.
