how to install mplayer offline


hi everybody.
I am using rhel3.i want to install mplayer on my system.since i do not have internet connection hence i downloade mplayer rpm package as well as it's all dependencies rpms.can any body help me from here that how do i install the mplayer with their dependencies which are kept into a single directory.

I haven't used red hat -based distros in a while but I'd recall that the installation command is 'rpm -i mplayer.rpm'
Check the rmp man page for command details.

i did like that. but it says failed dependencies.though i have all the dependencies but i don't know how to provide them in single command because there are about 30 rpms in the directory and i don't know which rpm depends upon which rpm.

You could try 'rpm -i --nodeps ~/my_rpm_dir/*.rpm' to install all rpm's in a dir without checking for their dependencies.
